Health and Psychosocial Instruments provides access to information on measurement instruments (i.e., questionnaires, interview schedules, checklists, index measures, coding schemes/ manuals, rating scales, projective techniques, vignettes/scenarios, tests) in the health fields, psychosocial sciences, and organizational behavior.

This resource provides information about quality of life and functional status instruments that have been used in the assessment of patients with pulmonary or critical illness.

The ICF is the WHO framework for measuring health and disability at both individual and population levels.

The WHODAS assessment covers six domains of functioning including cognition, mobility, self-care, interacting with others, life activities, and participation in the community. There is a 36-item and a 12-item version of the assessment tool available.
