The Read by QxMD app allows you to find and access journal articles quickly and easily on your mobile device.The institutional edition provides “one tap” access to full text articles, even when off the medical campus (must have a Becker proxy account). Device Availability: Android and Apple smartphones and tablets
The apps listed below can be used to search for journal articles or have specific journals “pushed” to your device (based on criteria you set). In order to access full text from these apps you will need to be on the WUSM internet network or logged into a Becker proxy account.
The Browzine app allows you to follow the current content of journals. You can add specific journal titles to a bookshelf and read on the go with your mobile device. Please note: The Browzine app is a resource from Olin Library, so the journals included in the app are from Olin Library’s collection. Most major medical journal titles can be found in the Browzine app, but there may be some that you use from Becker’s collection that are not included in the app.
To use Browzine, just install the free app on your Apple or Android Device, select Washington University from the institution list, and then log-in with your WUSTL key (not your Becker proxy account).
