Introduction

 

Designing Search Strategies for Systematic Reviews is designed to prepare librarians to conduct complex systematic review literature searches. This two-day course emphasizes hands-on activities and enriched learning opportunities. By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Conduct a systematic review consultation
  • Design a systematic review search strategy following guidelines and best practices
  • Translate a search strategy for multiple databases
  • Report search design methods for a manuscript or other publication

The course is designed and taught by librarians from Becker Medical Library.
