Designing Search Strategies for Systematic Reviews: Intro



Designing Search Strategies for Systematic Reviews is designed to prepare librarians to conduct complex systematic review literature searches. This two-day course emphasizes hands-on activities and enriched learning opportunities. By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Conduct a systematic review consultation
  • Design a systematic review search strategy following guidelines and best practices
  • Organize search results
  • Report on methods regarding search design

The course is designed and taught by librarians from Becker Medical Library.

MLA CE Credits

Participants who attend the full two-day course can earn 13.5 MLA CE Credits!

Registration Information

"Designing Search Strategies for Systematic Reviews" will next be offered  April 5-April 6, 2018 in St. Louis, MO

Registration fee: $400

Registration fee includes tuition, printed binder, all materials, breakfast and afternoon snacks on both days, and lunch on Thursday.  Note: travel, accommodations, lunch on Friday, and dinner both days are not included in the registration fee.

Registration will open on January 17, 2018 at 8:00 AM
