Where to Find the PMCID?

The PMCID can be found in several resources.

  • My Bibliography: Per NIH Public Access Policy page, the easiest way to find and track PMCIDs is to add the work to your NCBI My Bibliography account. My Bibliography will automatically add the PMID (and the "PMC Journal - In Process" and  NIHMSID).

What is the Difference Between the PMCID and PMID?
