Mobile Medical Apps

Library Resource Questions

Please contact Becker Library if you have problems accessing any of the apps we provide (UnBound Medicine, Clinical Key, etc.). Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  • Try logging-in or installing the app while you are on campus or while you are at Becker Library. This will ensure that you are on the campus network and should bypass authentication problems.
  • To install or utilize apps while off campus, you may be required to log-in through the library's proxy server. Proxy server log-in accounts are free to Washington University Medical School students. Faculty and other staff can purchase a proxy account. We will do our best to assist you with questions you have about installing and utilizing apps. However, please bear in mind that due to the number of different devices and the "quirks" of those devices we may not be able to assist in all situations.
